RealSleep is a customer care program with a purpose to assist ResMed customers in improving their health and wellbeing through the use of ResMed sleep products and services.
It is a condition of your membership that you will provide ResMed with information concerning your use of its products. ResMed will keep your personal information confidential. This information will be used to improve ResMed products and services, to mail you information about products and services and to contact you over the telephone or via the Internet if you have consented for us to do so.
Your personal information will be kept by ResMed in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be provided on request or viewed at
www.RealSleep.co.uk.
As a member of RealSleep, you are entitled to benefits listed on this site. However; ResMed may change, improve or withdraw the benefits offered at any time.
You may request to terminate your membership at any time by contacting ResMed.
VAT Declaration Form: I declare that I am an eligible person under paragraph 1 of VAT leaflet 701/7/86, that I am a UK resident suffering from Obstructive Sleep Apnoea and that I am purchasing from ResMed (UK) Ltd a Machine / Accessories which is being supplied to me for personal use. I claim that the supply of these goods is eligible for relief under item 2, group 12 of the Zero-rated Schedule 8 to the VAT Act 1994.
If you accept and submit this form to ResMed you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms & conditions of ResMed RealSleep membership and VAT declaration.
On acceptance of your completed application form, you will be issued with a welcome letter and membership number within 6-8 weeks. You will need to quote your membership number to obtain any of the benefits and when calling the RealSleep Customer Support line.
